Our chocolate is not produced or packaged until we have your order to ensure that you receive the freshest chocolate possible.
We use United States Priority Mail as our preferred shipping method which takes 2-3 days to arrive. There are occasional delays due to post office holidays and inclement weather. Our packages are assigned a tracking number to assure proper delivery.
We strongly recommend that someone be present to receive them when they arrive. Chocolate left outside your home all day may be damaged by weather that is too hot, rainy or humid. It is best to let a gift recipient know that they are on their way. Consider shipping to your workplace. LaFontain Confections cannot be responsible for damage if you (or the recipient of a gift) are not present at time of delivery and the damage occurs as a result of the delay in claiming the package.
